You would obviously not want any of your employees to end up in the hospital after the party. So, ensure that you know the dietary restrictions of all your employees well in advance and decide the menu accordingly. Further make sure that you arrange for a little more than what’ll be needed during the party. If you plan to serve alcohol, take care that none of your employees are drinking on a totally empty stomach. Consider arranging for plenty of nibbles and a smaller starter.
